Pork Leg Vermecelli
Kind of unusual and unique in taste.
Mesh some onions and fry till fragrant.
Add in hot water and let it come to the boil.
Add in the Pork Leg.
Add in the vermicelli ("Bee Hoon") and wait for it to be soften but not soggy.
Ready to serve
